Saner, sober and richer in knowledge. This owes vibrant event for all having dance forms ranging from western to folk, classical to hip-hop which truly brings out the colors of life.
General Rules:
1. Interested participants should mail their complete details to thisisit@nipuna10.com as follows:
Name, Event, No. of participants if group, Song selected for performance (both singing and dancing) on or before Feb 20th, 2010.
2. There may be preliminary rounds if the number of entries exceeds the limit and will be intimated on Feb 22nd ,2010.
1.Group Dance:
Rules:
1. 3-8 participants for a group.
2. Time limit- 3 to 6 minutes for each group.
3. Points will be awarded based on theme, costumes, performance ,group coordination and expressions.
4. Obscenity of any kind is strictly prohibited. Any act resorting to indirect or direct abuse of a culture or practice or community of any kind is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate disqualification of group.
5. Participants should get their own costumes.
6. Teams should give their songs only in .mp3 format in a cd or pen drive.
7. No separate equipment will be provided for rehearsals.
2.Solo Dance:
Rules:
1. Time limit- 3 to 4 minutes for each participant.
2. Points will be awarded based on theme, costume,performance and expressions.
3. Obscenity of any kind is strictly prohibited. Any act resorting to indirect or direct abuse of a culture or practice or community of any kind is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate disqualification of participant.
4. Participant should get his/her own costumes.
5. Participant should give their songs only in .mp3 format in a cd or pen drive.

3.Singing:
Rules:
1.Time for each performance is 3 minutes.
2.Participants can bring their own instrumentals for songs but no additional marks are given for the instrumentals.
3.Evaluation is based on vocal clarity and audience response.
